Booking & Scheduling
How do I get a quote?
Fill out the form on our Get a Quote page. Tell us what you need, your address, and any relevant details. We'll get back to you within a few hours with a price and available times.
How quickly can you come out?
We offer same-day and next-day availability for most of the summer. Once you submit a quote request we'll confirm a time that works for both of us. We move fast.
Do I need to be home during the job?
For bin cleaning and pressure washing — no. We just need access to your bins or the area being washed. For moving help and dump runs, we ask that someone is present to direct us on what to move or haul. We'll confirm all the details before we show up.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in San Francisco and primarily work in the Marina, Pacific Heights, Richmond District, and Sea Cliff. We're happy to travel to other SF neighborhoods too — just mention your location when you request a quote.
Payment
How do I pay?
Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay, or cash. Payment is due when the job is done and you're happy with the work. No upfront payment, no invoices, no hassle.
Do you charge upfront?
Never. You pay when the job is complete and you're satisfied. We want to earn your trust, not take your money before we've done anything.
Services
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes — we bring everything. Two professional-grade pressure washers, all bin cleaning and sanitizing supplies, moving blankets, straps, and anything else the job calls for. You don't need to provide a single thing.
Do you clean grills?
Yes — we offer three levels depending on how dirty your grill is: a Standard Clean for routine maintenance, a Deep Clean for heavier buildup, and a Full Restoration for grills that haven't been cleaned in years (burner tubes removed, cookbox scraped to bare metal). For Full Restoration we let everything soak overnight for the deepest clean possible, so that tier typically takes 2–3 days. We handle gas grills, charcoal grills, and smokers. Tell us how long it's been since your last cleaning and we'll recommend the right tier and confirm the price before we start. All supplies included.
How do you price bin cleaning?
Every job is assessed on-site before we give you a price. Bin conditions vary a lot — some are a quick clean, others need serious work. We quote based on what we're actually walking into so you always get a fair price and we're never caught off guard.
What surfaces can you pressure wash?
Patios, decks, driveways, sidewalks, furniture, fences, garage floors — basically any outdoor surface. If you're not sure, just ask when you request a quote.
Can you handle large dump runs?
We handle hauls of all sizes — multiple trips and truck rentals available for bigger jobs. Just describe the load when you request a quote and we'll figure out the best approach.
What can't you haul on a dump run?
We handle most household items — furniture, boxes, yard waste, appliances, and general clutter. We can't take hazardous materials like paint cans, chemicals, or batteries. Not sure if we can take something? Just ask and we'll let you know.
Do you do moving between cities or just within SF?
We cover San Francisco and Marin County for moving jobs. Cross the bridge, no problem.
